1.The entry list of runners and race numbers for both the 5km and 100m events can be found by clicking on this link.

2. Race numbers can be collected from the front of the pavilion in the park from 08:30am. Please remember your name ;-) to speed up collection.

2. Safety Pins will be available to pin your race number to the front of your running shirt.

3. At 09:00am we will move to the start line where a course briefing will be given.

4. We will start the fun run at 09:05am (5 laps) see 'The 5km Course' page for the route.

5. Cross the start/finish line at the end of each lap 4 times. You are responsible for keeping count of the number of laps you complete. You may wish to wear five elastic bands or hair bands on one wrist and move one over to the other wrist each time you complete a lap.

6. At the end of 5th and final lap, head up the finishing tunnel which will be clearly marked with red and white tape.

7. Five minutes after the last runner has crossed the finishing line, we will start the kids 100m dash.

8. Prizes will be awarded for both the 5km and 100m dash after the kids 100m dash is finished.

9. Results will be emailed out later in the day. Please don't complain if your finish time does not match your finish position. We try our best to keep accurate records but like you, we are human and we may well get it wrong. If you wan't to keep an accurate time for your race then bring your own watch, clock, sun dial etc
